Photocouplers for IPM Interface

This photocoupler supports power supply voltages of 5 V and 15 V, whichever is best suited as an insulated interface for IPM (Intelligent Power Module). The output circuit lineup includes an open collector circuit and a totem pole circuit. In addition, the two types of totem pole circuit components, inverter logic output and buffer logic output, can be selected according to the input circuit of each company's IPM, such as High Active and Low Active.
