Toshiba load switch ICs have a wide range of operating voltages and low on-resistance characteristics, and a series featuring ultra-low input voltage operation from 0.75 V and low on-resistance characteristics. They can be used in a wide range of applications including battery line drive switches and low voltage drive switches above 1 A.

Our low on-resistance (low RON) load switch IC incorporates a charge pump circuit (boost circuit) internally. Therefore, it is an extremely small and compact package, and it has achieved low voltage 0.75-V operation (TCK20x series) and 8 mΩ ultra-low RON (TCK11x series). In addition, it has low on-resistance characteristics that are flat with respect to output current and input voltage. Therefore, it is possible to keep low RON and low loss at all times regardless of changes in operating conditions.
